We manufacture selected ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook seafood at our Richmond facility, from in-house smoked products to crab cakes, burgers and marinated fish, alongside the products and brands we import and distribute.

Crab cakes in two styles across multiple packs and specs, prawn cakes, sockeye burgers (as finished patties or bulk formats for in-store forming and merchandising), stuffed sole, salmon pinwheels, shrimp skewers, and miso-marinated sablefish and steelhead in vacuum skin packs. New formats and flavours are always in development.

Selected smoked and cured products, produced in-house and classified under our QA program, because 'ready to eat' is a food-safety category, not a marketing word, and we treat it that way.
