Cold smoking is one of our in-house specialties, and we’ve fine tuned our family recipe to perfect our latest product – Steelhead Lox.
Our recipe of salt, spices and sugar is applied to the finest Ocean Wise Steelhead Salmon fillets and allowed to cure refrigerated before rinsing and cold smoking to give a delicious lox with great texture and a delicate smoke flavour.
Our Steelhead Lox comes in a convenient retail pack size and have endless usage options including brunch creations, open sandwiches, classic bagels, charcuterie boards, canapes, and pasta dishes
